I am new to Plex. I’ve been running it for almost 2 months. Everything was going great. Today went to add movies to the server and the metadata wouldn’t appear. I’ve been deep in reading the forums and still can’t find a solution. I have a lot of movies on my NAS and don’t want to lose it. Can someone help a newbie walk through the fire?
