No movie info appearing apart from poster

I have plex running on my NAS (QNAP) and it’s been working fine for a long time. A couple of months ago if stopped showing all the movie info on films. All the films loaded in the last couple of months. It shows the correct movie name and the correct image but when you click the image there’s no info on the film at all.

This happens whether I’m using the web interface to my NAS or whether I’m using my firestick.

Any ideas?

PS I had no idea what tag (?) to put in for this post.
