Hi,
I run PMS on my Nvidia Shield and my data libraries are stored on a (Qnap) NAS.
Recently I’ve reset my Shield and set everything up again.
At first everything seemed fine, however after restarting the Shield I started to have issues.
Movie information doesn’t always load and seems to time out. Once a particular movie has loaded (and cached?) the information, it works.
However new movie information doesn’t always work, it’ll show the cover and title and the plex yellow spinning circle.
Then it’ll display an error: “Something Went Wrong - It looks like something went wrong. Please try again.” With an picture of the TV (player) being disconnected from the PMS/Storage.
If I keep trying, the information will eventually load, but a next movie will have the same problems.
I’ve also tried with an other Plex player (app) and that has the same issues.
Using the web player seems to work fine.
Also Shows seem to work with both apps and web.
I’ve already reset the Shield, set everything up again and on first boot all seems well, but after restart I start having problems.
As a test, I’ve set up PMS on a pc, that seems to work fine.
