I’m playing Plex on NAS Synology for home use, sometimes it display movie information from the internet and get the subtitle from the internet, and some times it doesn’t gather any data and display only the movie title
How to Configure Plex to get the movies information from online ?!
Most of the time, matching to fail comes down to file naming and organization.
At least the fact that it sometimes works implies there’s no substantial issue like Plex failing to access the necessary backend repositories.
