No Music Album Art, even from embedded tags

I have two Synology NAS devices running Plex. A DS918+ (DSM 7.2-64570) and a DS923+ (DSM 7.2.2-72806) both The Music folders and running Plex, downloaded via the Synology DSM.

Both Music folders contain the identical music files with embedded Metadata Tags that include Album Art.

The DS918+ Shows all metadata and Album art as expected on all players (MacOS, Apple TV, IOS 18 and LG TV App).

However the DS923+ refuses to show the album art and metadata. If i go into Music - Manage Library - Edit I cannot save changes, having said that the settings I have should work. I have restarted the Plex app on the server, still to no avail.

Any Ideas would be most appreciated.
