No notification on new Streaming costs. And Flash Plexpass price increase

I have been a very long time user of plex. I have tested plex pass numerous times in the past and never saw the benefit of the pass so I never purchased it. Now out of the blue one of my users messages me and says they got an email from plex that they had to purchase plex streaming to access my movies. I at no time have received an email about this as the plex server host. I would of purchased plex pass lifetime when the price was 119 dollars but then after the emails went out on the 2nd of May talking about changes that occurred on the 29th of april and the double in rate I now have to purchase all of this at double the price. I have attempted twice now over 6 days to get Plex to contact me via email since there is no telephone contact info avail. Yet all I get is the automated message and no further messages. I think I deserve a discount on the plex pass lifetime since this was all done so back doorish to us. I would like a Plex admin to contact me.

I have opened 3 tickets in 6 days at that link. I have the automated responses but I get nothing beyond that.
