No option to add Library on Plex Server

This is extremely frustrating, I’ve installed the server on my PC, When i go to the website (even the http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) There is no options at all to choose the server, or to add or amend the Libraries.

I’ve reinstalled the server a number of times and when i click on the service I click ‘open plex…’ It sends me to the IP address link.

I’ve been to every setting and there is no where to see the server or to add any library. This is all being performed on the same computer so there shouldn’t be any network issues.

I’ve tried connecting with my phone and other tablet devices there is no where on any device to add libraries.

When i get the option ‘Your media’ all it does is give me a link to download the server again.

I’m really stuck and have no idea what to try next.
