Plex Media Server not providing server options

Server Version#:1.29.2.6364
Player Version#: Internet Browser on the same machine
After installing latest version of Plex Media Server on a new machine, I can not add libraries. When selecting “My Media” it says add media to your server and provides a download link. I am at a loss on what to do.
I also do not have “server” settings when logging in.

Have you reported it? If so, did you get any type of response?

Open this in an incognito browser

http://127.0.0.1.32400/web ←

or use http://[server ip address]:32400/web
As an example if your server ip address is 192.168.1.5 enter http://192.168.1.5:32400/web
