I no longer get the options to play original quality, I ONLY get options to transcode. How do I direct play on web?

In the past, I always had Play Original Quality option, now I cannot play anything without transcoding. Please help I need to direct play.

Here’s a similar thread. Looks like fix is to re-analyze the library.
