after a year of playing plex on my computer i bought a qnas ts251 D i have just finished loading all my files and i cant make it playback ive tried all the settings and cant do it
its running on 4GB Ram and 14 TB HDD

The PlexData share does not impact playback. It is provided as a support feature.
To remedy the PlexData share issue, simply
Regarding No Playback:
The logs I need are the Server logs (Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs) which were collected immediately after recreating/capturing the inability to play an item.

i erased the plex server 1.20
and reinstaled the 1.16 that came with the qnap and it seems to be working
all right
tried to upgrade it to 1.19 and again … sound but no image so i erased 1.19 too and reinstaled 1.16
dont know what is the problem.
i upgraded again to 1.19 and then 1.20
