No Playlists When Trying To Add Music

Using Mac as server, while working in Player, I have set up many playlists (mostly smart playlists based on star ratings). Worked fine the first few days. However, this morning when I tried to add a song to a playlist, there are no playlists listed, and the only thing it will let me do is create a new one. When I go to the Playlist tab, all of the Playlists I have created exist and are populated. How do I fix this problem?

You say ‘mostly smart playlists…’ Does that mean there are some standard playlists? It won’t list your smart playlists because you can’t manually add to them.
