I’ve setup plex on my alexa device and I can ask it to play music from my library and that’s great but playing video is an issue and it just keeps saying that there is no plex companion player on the network. I have an LG TV with the latest webos and wondering what I can do to get it working? Thanks.
Is your server in the same local network as your TV device?

Set up a second Plex server in your home network. It doesn’t have to have any content on it. It just needs to be present.

I did that and now when I say play [movie] it’d says we need to setup a player and then it says enjoy [movie] but nothing happens. Is there a way I can see where its trying to play it?
