The live TV guide on iPadOS / iOS has never displayed program information on the Beta. It has been like this since the start but as there were issues with the sound I let it slide. The guide is also sluggish and, when one moves from the general OTA guide to the Favourites OTA guide, it can take up to a minute for the Favourite Channels guide to load. With the guide on iOS, once a channel is selected, again, no info but the mini player takes up all the screen and one has to turn the phone landscape, even then, no info additionally you can’t browse down to the guide when in landscape as the screen doesn’t respond untl it’s back in portrait.
The guide OTA guide on the tvOS beta does show program information however it is slow to load and slow to swtich from all OTA channels to favourites, there is no sound on the mini TV and unlike iPad / iOS app has no mute icon (as you can see in the screenshot below from iPadOS) to allow sound.
Attached is screeen shot from iPad, as you can see, no program info for selected channel. I hope this helps.
I do wanna say, massive improvements in responsiveness fo the app, it is still markedly slower than the old app, it’s starting to shape up nicely. Thank you.
