I have a plex pass and in plex player when i go to Live tv & Dvr and in the part i select a tv show to record there is no record button. Is a way to correct this.
No you don’t. At least not on the plex account into which you have signed your server. And that is what decides about the availability of the Live TV & DVR feature.
When and where did you buy the Plex Pass?
I have had a plex plex pass for a long time. At on time I was using another email account maybe I have two account locked together somehow would it be good to delete plex and player if so what is the best way to do it. Thanks for info.
Find out the other email address you used. Verify you still can get into it with a password. (Use an “incognito” web browser window.)
Then you must log out all of your web browsers and the plex server from the account you are using now, into the other account which has the plex pass.
