Having followed several youtube videos on this subject, I’ve created address & service objects as well as defined access rules in the firewall – still no remote access. any Ideas?
I had the same issues. I can work with you if you’re still having the problem.
For a few day’s i had the same problem, But i just went through and removed all the services and address objects/groups and triple checked service groups. then went through the wizard with other server selected and made new objects etc and it worked. not sure but it wasn’t smooth the first 10 times. let me know if you are having problems and i can attache screenshots of settings.
I am having this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If i go to my external IP:32400 on my phone off wifi it will redirect me to the plex auth page but when trying to enable remote access in the settings it does not work
