I can't access from web/android app to my server

I can’t log to my server in remote access. In server remote access Is on and fully accessibile from outsider my network. What i can try?

Do you have any clients where it’s actually working (given you specifically mention it’s not working for the web/android clients)?

no, it doesn’t work with any client. it tells me server unavailable

In that case I suggest you take a look at this remote access troubleshooting guide. The findings from the individual steps should help pinning down what’s causing the problem… if you cannot fix this yourself, we might need those findings to dig deeper.

But my remote access setting it’s ok and tell me “fully accessible from the outside”.
I also tried changing the access port to 32400 but nothing changed.
I’ve already followed this guide, but it mentions cases where remote access settings fail. I don’t have this problem.

You don’t need a Plex Pass membership to use the remote access feature.

You wrote you cannot access your server while outside your home network… so I assume the remote access status indicator might be off/wrong.

After several attempts and plex updates everything seems to be working now. In reality I haven’t changed anything, but the important thing is that everything is ok now. Thanks for support.
