No Sound on DTS but ok on Samsung App

Hello,

For a reason that i can’t understand… Roku app can’t play sound for french Track DTS but ok on English Track …

I also test on samsung App… and i can play the french track without any problem …

I test to change the audio track to english and come back to french but no change…

Hi @warham30. Sorry for missing this post. I did look at the Roku logs, and from what I can tell it’s attempting to do the right thing. We are unable to choose the language by the language since english and french exist, so we have started a transcode session to remux the selected streams. The Roku is indicating that it is copying the streams and playing streams.

To further troubleshoot this, would you be able to provide a sample or the source of the affected media? This would help us attempt to reproduce it in house and determine what’s going on. Please feel free to DM me a link.

Another question, since the new uno UI … the roku reboots randomly on live tv

The log seems to give me a memory issue on the roku …
