I purshase a Plex Pass for get PS3 App. The GUI work perfectly and detect my server with all my movie.
I desactivate experimental player, because with it, the video buffering never stop.
But I never got little sound in more of 20 differents video.
please help me
waxime it sounds like you're using the the web application (the one where you administer and view your media) instead of the PS3 app. Using the web application in the PS3 web browser isn't supported in a meaningful way. Please install the PS3 app instead.

Also have plex pass and am using the ps3 app from the playstation store, however, i to cannot get any sound from any video files in my library. Whats weird is if i access plex via dlna server on ps3 i can get sound but a poor stream. On the app the video plays fine but theres no sound
chrisladeira, wierd problem. Thanks for posting. Have you ticked the Dolby Digital (AC3) checkbox in Receiver Capabilities? If so, does anything change when you untick the box? Also please post or direct message me the XML Media Analysis [1] for several of the videos which have no sound.
