No sound with notifications on IOS - I see three threads with the question and no answers

I’ve used IFTTT for notifications, but that’s not an option anymore so I’m trying the official Plex notifications. They seem great. But on iOS there’s no sound. I see other people had the same problem but no solutions were given.

Please help.
