No sound with notifications on IOS

I have Plex (beta) on my IOS devices set up to provide notifications for various events. I get the notification, but with no sound. I verified the IOS notification settings have “sound” turned on. I have also tried the relevant suggestions from this post (IOS notification sounds) to no avail.

This used to work fine, but stopped working fairly recently for reasons unknown. I get sound with other app notifications, but not Plex. Any ideas why?
