No Sound

I followed the sound guide Rasplex Audio Settings.pdf. Ran tvservice -a set the settings as it says. And no sound. I had sound when I was on Kodi and using the Plexbmc plugin.
I have a simple Pi2 HDMI to the tv. Nothing fancy. And no audio. Can anyone point me to something that will work.
Here is my output

Set speakers to 2.0, no passthrough items checked, output device set to HDMI, should be OK (basically as default). You can ignore the AC3 thats reported, most TV’s do that for passing through on optical output.
