After migrating my HDDs in a new NAS (QNAP TS269Pro to TVS672XT), everything is working fine except for PLEX.
No soup for you!
You do not have access to this server
I can’t access server settings at all.
After a bit of research, found an article saying I had to remove the following entries in Preferences.xml
PlexOnlineMail
PlexOnlineToken
PlexOnlineUsername
PlexOnlineHome
After doing this, I am able to regain access to my server but it shows up as “unclaimed”.
No matter how many times I try to click “claim this server”, nothing happens. I am properly logged in to my account but it simply isn’t working from there.
Please open the PlexData share , navigate into it until you see the Logs directory , then create a ZIP of the directory and attach it here.
If you do not see PlexData in FileStation, go to Shared Folders and give your username permission to see it. FileStation will refresh.
Lastly, if you cannot change permissions of PlexData, delete it and recreate it on your default system volume then restart Plex once to recreate the linkage. (PlexData contains only a symbolic link to your QPKG data where PMS is installed. Restarting it creates that linkage if needed).
