Unable to Claim Server

I am unable to claim my server. I’ve tried uninstalling the app on my QNAP NAS, and reinstalling, but whatever I do, it will not allow me to claim even starting from scratch. Anyone have any ideas or come across this issue where you are still unable to claim the server? Any fix for this? It was working fine until a week or two ago (as far as I know, I didn’t update the app). Anytime I try to claim server (by clicking on “Claim Server”, it does nothing).

If you don’t have one, please create a PlexData shared folder as detailed here
(exact naming)

Now restart Plex once then stop it.

You’ll be able to manually make a ZIP of the Logs directory from within FileStation.

I’m not sure why, but after another install of Plex again, it started working and I was able to claim the server. I will keep an eye on it - previously I had to go thru that every few days, so just want to make sure the problem doesn’t reoccur.

My TS-873A just had the motherboard replaced by Qnap under warranty. All installed apps on the returned unit appear to be working except Plex. I get a “This server unclaimed and unsecured” error. Also says new version is available when the detected version is the latest. I created the PlexData share and the log file attached seems to indicate no server was found.
