I have a HDhomerun Quatro and I recently setup Plex as a Live TV/DVR server on a 2017 Nvidia Shield Plex version 1.18.2.2079. The tv and dvr seem to work ok but there is no subtitles. I have searched the forums and most people are having issues with turning them off. However, I cannot see them. I see "unknown (EIA_608) subtitles listed. However, they are not displayed.
By comparison, I have a Windows 10 pc with plex version 1.18.3.2156 and if I choose that as a Live TV/DVR server the subtitles work fine!
It seems to be a unique problem with the Nvidia shield and the android version of Plex.
Any suggestions?
