No subtitles offset option in iOS

Hello, I’m using Plex on iOS on my iPhone 11 Pro and I never had the option to offset external subtitles. I uninstalled and reinstalled to be sure, tried with different files, I’m using the new player…
Is the option unavailable? Thanks
