I’ve had my Plex Pass for several years now, and it’s working great on my Synology DS1019+ running DSM7. Today I signed up for a 30-day trial of Tidal Premium and linked my Plex account. In my Plex account, I can see I have an active Tidal subscription, my accounts are linked.
Trouble is, Tidal is missing from Plex. It’s not in the left sidebar, nor does it appear under Online Media Sources. When I click the link to “launch Tidal in Plex” (https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/media/tv.plex.provider.music?key=%2Fhubs%2Fsections%2Ftidal&pageType=hub&context=content.tidal&source=tidal), my Plex Server launches and displays a message that the page is not found.
All I can find is info on how to link my accounts, and how to enable Tidal in the left sidebar, but Tidal isn’t just disabled. It’s completely missing, so I can’t enable or disable it. There are these instructions to delete Tidal integration, but nowhere can I find info on how to add missing online media sources, specifically Tidal.
Help please? I’d really like to try out Tidal within Plex, but as of now, all I can do is access Tidal via the web or the Tidal mobile app. TIA.
