Tidal is missing from all Plex players even though account linked

I’ve gone and linked my Tidal HiFi subscription at https://plex.tv/users/other-services, and it shows TIDAL Account linked. After that, I would expect to see it somewhere in my Plex apps.

It doesn’t show at all anywhere. I’ve relinked the account a couple of times, upgraded and restarted the server, restarted clients. Still nothing.

There is no sidebar for Tidal nor “My Tidal” section I’ve seen talked about in forum posts.

What am I missing?

  • Mac OSX Server version 1.21.4.4079
  • Tried: Plex Web Version 4.52.2
  • Tried: Plex Mac Version 1.28.0.1681-cc6e807c

If you click More on the side bar then it should show at the bottom under the main Plex source. You can pin it to the home screen from there.

Also make sure Music is enabled in Online Media Sources.
