"no tracks" in podcast feed

I’m having the same issue with two podcast feeds:

• Critical Distance: Keywords in Play
• Papercuts

This appears to be the same issue found in:

• Problems adding a podcast using url? - #7 by Impact-Players
• Adding podcast url is not working - #5 by BastiBo
• Showing episodes, but no tracks
