No Update possible in Plex!

Hello,
I use the WD MyCloud Mirror Gen.2 NAS and it’s not possible for me to make a update in Plex. I loaded the Update to my iMac, than I go to the WD WebGui and choose in Apps-> App Store -> install App. Than I choose my loaded Update. Than - nothing happens. I deinstalled Plex - I installed it new, but I can’t make a update!

Firmware from NAS is 2.30.193

Who can help?
