I have added those that I allow to reach my server, marked what libraries to share..
Under media all has this message: You haven’t granted access to anything yet.
What is this?

This looks like something that needs fixing.

Doesn’t affect users accessing your server, but needs fixing so transcoding works.
If there is a similar permission issue with the /Cache subfolder in the Plex data folder, then the server certificate cannot be stored (or updated). Which prevents all secure communication between clients and server.
So updated to Version 1.43.2.10687, using LSIOs docker image now. I have removed the local install of Plex.
Still the same issue, Libraries shared for a user under Libraries same thing under Media, You haven’t granted access to anything yet.
If you see an error with Transcode directory, that one is fixed.
