Cannot share plex server to friends

I go to settings → Manage Library Access, click the “Grant Library Access” button

A window pops up, I search for the friend I want to share with and select their username.

I then see “You don’t have any connected servers.”

Why would this be? I just created a server earlier today, and the server Remote Access settings page says “Fully accessible outside your network”

There is no server associated with your plex account. The last one was removed ~3 weeks ago.
If you do indeed have a server, ensure that is is signed into your plex account – i.e. is “claimed”. The same Plex account that you use in your plex web app.
