Hi guys, I am hoping someone can shed a bit of light of this issue I’m having with Plex.
Since the new app update for the iPhone, my videos won’t always play. The file will play & I can hear the audio but there will be no picture. If I go into quality & change it, the stream will start again & this time play as normal, it’s just a pain having to do this every time! If I select automatically adjust quality I still get no video, just audio. If I turn off my WiFi & use mobile data the video plays fine, so I’m guessing it’s not liking something with the WiFi?
I am running Plex Media server 1.13.8.5395 on a ReadyNAS 516, my iPhone is running version 5.6 on iOS 11.4.1. Before the app update it was working fine!
