Plex crashing when playing on iOS

I am running PMS on a QNAP TS-1685 NAS. I am trying to watch files remotely on my iPhone, which causes PMS to crash. This happens with any video watched remotely (possibly locally as well, haven’t tried it). It will play about 30 seconds of the file, then the server crashes and becomes unreachable. The only way to fix the issue is to stop and restart the app on QNAP app center.

I’m attaching the logs that I downloaded.

Are you using auto quality in the iPhone ? If yes, this seems to be a duplicate of the problem reported here.

Version 1.11.1 of Plex Media Server has now been released as beta. It includes the fix for the crashes associated with iOS and tvOS playback.
