I have the exact problem like in this thread. no video files found
I have changed order permissions… and I have paid the premium of plex…
too the topic I had too choose … thats not a linux server… it is just my linux computer that i use as my daily driver.

Where do you have your files stored?
Are they on an internal, external or network drive and how have you mounted that drive?
