No Visualizer When "Casting" to Plexamp Headless Raspberry Pi

I’ve got two Headless Raspberry Pis configured and I’m loving this setup. Prior to this, I had to remember to mute audio on my computer or phone if I didn’t want notification sounds blaring through my speakers. Also, like that I can manage the music from multiple locations. However, what I find confusing is that I cannot use the visualizers when casting to one of the plexamp headless devices. If I play directly on my phone, visualizers work, but as soon as I change the output to one of the headless plexamp devices I can no longer turn on visualizers.

Correct, visualizers require data which is only available when decoding the media locally.

So if I was to get a display for the R-Pi (and I’m assuming installing the full linux version of Plexamp) I would be able to get visualizers (at least on the R-Pi display)?

Yes, with the full Linux version.
