Can someone please tell me why all of my media is suddenly unavailable? I’ve been with plex for almost 4 years now and I love it and use it frequently (Understatement). I need some assistance, Here is copy of my log files. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but nothing has worked.

Did you have to reinstall Windows lately?

Verify that your media are still available on drive letter D:
Verify that you yourself can access that media under that drive letter and folder path.
absolutly, I have ran through the basic troubleshooting that I can do on my end. All my media is where it should be and works. It started with that episode but now I can’t play anything,it all says unavailable?
Is the drive dying?
Are you running Plex server as a Windows system service?
Do you have a ransomware infection?
Does the file play outside of Plex?
The drive is fine as far as I know, all files are playing fine. as far as the other two, I have no idea. I watch my plex frequently (understatement) and I pulled it up and my media was simply unavailable. I checked the drive and the files and as I said they appear to be working fine. A year or so ago something similar happened and I had to uninstall and reinstall my server but that made me start from scratch and I have a lot of files. I’m trying to avoid that if possible. What kind of anti virus is running on the server?
Does the situation improve if you disable it? (temporarily, of course!)
webroot and no it didn’t improve the situation.
Are you using any pooling software?
Drivepool, DriveBender or Storage spaces etc?
Also you mention your media is accessible and where it should be. Could you try copying some of that media to a different drive even if it’s the the O/S drive and confirm that doesn’t throw up a permissions issue.
no pooling software, don’t even know what that is and just now transferred file off drive and still works fine.
How is your server connected to the network? Could it be a physical connection that has gone faulty? Can you access PMS and play movies on the server itself?
the server is on my laptop and the only way I know how to play my media is directly off my external drive or on the plex site. everything is playing fine from the drive but the plex site is still saying everything is unavailable.
On the laptop with PMS, when you enter the address http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html in a browser, what do you see?
it said my credentials had expired and asked me to sign in again. I signed in and its asking me to finish setup.

If you enter the address again, does it start with the initial setup again?
no it takes me to my home page but media still unavailable
When you did the inital setup, did it ask you to customise your navigation? Or did it suggest that no server was available?
customize my navigation. haven’t had any problems for nearly two years.
So in customising your navigation, were your libraries visible?
