Not able to access my local library

Player automatically signs in to my plex account, I can access libraries shared with me, but when I try to access my local library (on my account on a Windows 10 computer on the same network), Iget this screen: https://img.bytes.coffee/qxdXZd79k

Is your server maybe on a different subnet?
Can you access the content of your own server from a different client (e.g. using Plex Web: http://app.plex.tv/desktop or http://[IP address of your Plex Server]:32400/web)?
