Not able to log into Plex using Plex Web

Player Version#: Plex web (http://app.plex.tv/desktop)

I’m able to access my PMS using my mobile devices (iPhones and iPads running v7.0 of the iOS app) and using the Windows 10 Plex Player app (3.2.20-25990c77), but for the last couple of days, I haven’t been able to log into my Plex server using a web browser (Chrome v83.0.4103.61). All I get is a blank screen or a blank screen with the spinning loading icon in the middle of the screen. A few times I get as far as the screen to select the profile and put in my PIN but not always.

I’ve check with another browser (Microsoft IE) and it has the same issue. What can be the cause of this problem and how do I fix it?

Any add-ons / plug-ins etc. installed in your browsers that could interfere with Plex?

No new add-ons/plug-ins that got installed in the past week. I also just tried logging in with a guest profile with no add-ons/plug-ins and I can’t even get past the log in screen with my email & password.

I also tried temporarily disabling my Internet Security software (Kaspersky Total Security) but that didn’t fix anything.

Also, I have the same issue when trying to log in with Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer. I can get to the PLEX splash screen with internet explorer. With MS Edge I get to a gradient screen with a spinning wheel icon in the centre (same as Chrome).

Any other suggestions?
