Not able to retrieve subtitles from opensubtitles.org

I have installed Plex Media Server on Windows 10 and am a Plex pass member. I’m trying to have an auto-subtitle for all movies in my library. I created an account on both sources:

• opensubtitles.org
• subscene.com

I have tried the built-in feature via opensubtitles.org and whenever I want to browse additional subtitles (Search for More…) it gives me an error (There was an error fetching subtitles)

Then, I installed Sub-Zero plugin and did all configurations and I got the same results.

I enabled the debugging to get more information, and I found the below message on Console logs whenever I want to search for a subtitle:

Subtitles: unable to retrieve service provider details, or service is offline

Also, I’m attaching the PMS details log files for both opensubtitle and subzero for your reference

any clue on how to fix it?

When Plex dropped plugins and rewrote the Movie and TV scanners we lost support for both options.

I think I read that they are working on an opensubtitles replacement, till then Bazarr is the recommendation.
