Not able to select "Create a premium Plex music library"

Hi,

When trying to create a new library for music it won’t let me select the radio button for “Create a premium Plex music library” it keeps the “Create a basic music library” option selected.

I am a lifetime Plex Pass holder and it is a new server install on Ubuntu 18.04 running PMS Version 1.13.2.5142. The music folder I’m selecting is a mounted share to a Synology NAS.

Can anyone provide a suggestion on why this maybe happening?

A guess… Do you already have an existing library that was created before you got your Plex Pass? Maybe it won’t allow both to exist?

Also, if your Plex Pass is fairly new, you might try signing out, and back into your server to make sure it is aware of your upgraded status.

Just some things to try before a heavy hitter comes in with better suggestions.

Thanks for the response.

No library previously, completely new install of PMS.

Have been a Plex Pass member for a few years now.
