Not able to watch recorded TV on iOS/Apple TV App (works on macOS)

I’ve recorded the Formula 1 on Channel 4 via my HD Homerun tuner. It’s recorded and been added to TV shows, but when i try and watch it from iOS or Apple TV it just says unable to play. If I try from macOS Desktop it can play.

Any suggestions?
