Not all play lists showing up

For some reason I cannot find, a play list that shows up in iTunes never loads into Plex. It is no different than any other playlist I have. Even recently created playlists appear on the next scan. I can find no reason why this one artist doesn’t show up.

Any help would be appreciated.
