iTunes Playlists & Songs NOT showing up in my Library/ Music

Player Version#:Windows 10 Home Desktop PC

I am not seeing Playlist category on the menu bar on left. I even upgraded to this new version and still I do not see it on the Menu bar on left. I see I do have the iTunes Plug-in. Don’t even see the option to IMPORT iTunes Playlists!
I sure can use your help in figuring out why I am having this problem? It was working fine some months back!
