For the record here I think Plex blocking a complete hosting provider is total BS regardless of the hosting providers reputation.
BTW everything I said before this still stands. I’m clarifying my position though because there are other ways Plex can tackle this but with their extremely poor performance fixing ANYTHING without breaking SOMETHING ELSE is rare.
Perhaps Plex needs a dedicated team of say 5 people with a budget to actually subscribe to the sharing services when found and do actual investigation. Clearly Plex knows a lot of providers are using HETZNER because they are BULLETPROOF. They need to take it a step further to not alienate their customer base AGAIN.
Maybe they can re-hire the people they fired last month to do this job?
