Hello, I am running a fresh install of the Plex media server on Ubuntu 20.04. this is my second Plex server but after installing I get not authorized. You do not have access to the server and does not give me the option to claim it. How do I go about claiming it?
Is this new server confirmed to have proper DNS and internet gateway IP config setup? (PMS must contact Plex.tv to claim).
Are you opening it using the LAN IP or loopback address from the same subnet (no FQDN or mdns names) ?
If you have, run this, as root, on the new machine. It will use the Plex Claim Token method to help you claim it (which can happen with multiple servers)
