I no longer have access to my own media libraries on plex. it started today randomly. when i click any of my libraries they say “not authorized” and that i do not have access. this is the only account i ever have used with plex and i am logged into my server fine but nowhere (not browser, not the desktop app, not roku) can i access any of my library. also my settings have been downsized majorly as most of them disappeared that would normally be there. please help as we cannot watch tv at my house now.
I have tried getting a claim key, didnt work. i’ve tried restarting the server, didnt work. i’ve tried deleting the HMKEY files suggested, didnt work. i’ve tried logging out of everything and logging in, didnt work.

hosted web app and local are the same issue, neither has authorized access. ive logged out and in of both. i only have 1 account so they are definitely logged in as same account.
its not a chrome issue.
and ive already done the registry thing and it didnt work as i found that thread already.
to be clear, it says i am not authorized on my computer in both web and the PC windows app. i’ve changed nothing on any settings as ive been working the last few days. one day it worked fine, the next it did not and could not find my server. I’ve been using this for 2 years without issue.
That requires you to claim your server anew afterwards. Did you do it? New Claiming Requirement for Windows
yes i tried that already twice. i get a “401 not authorized” when i open plex . then i try to open from my local data and it fails to initialize and it tells me make sure im on same account. I AM ALREADY. i’ve changed and done nothing different in the last week for this to have stopped working.
