Hello,
I recently just started setting up my own media server, and I have been using plex as my means to have access to all my media. However, I keep getting this message “Not available outside your network” under Remote Access. All my systems at home can access Plex fine, but my work computer seems to have an issue connecting to the server from time to time. Then my friend can access it on his phone, but not on his Xbox.
I tried the support articles about it, but networking is not really my strong suit. So most of what is on the page looks like a bunch of made up words.
Any help would be appreciated.
