Hi, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot remote access for a while and could do with some help.
I’m running Plex Version 1.30.1.6562 on my QNAP and haven’t been able to get a direct connection working. I’ve looked through the troubleshooting guide and tried to see if port 32400 was open using canyouseeme.org and I got a the following message:
Error: I could not see your service on… Reason: Connection timed out
So far as I can tell I’ve set up port forwarding correctly and configured the inbound and outbound connections on my Sky router.
My networking knowledge is minimal so any help beyond this point would be much appreciated!
