A direct connection to the server is not available. Very slow 2Mbps quality outside the network

My internet connection is about 500Mbps uploaded speed but for some reason It is so slow playing outside the network? It says a direct server is not available. please let me know what I did wrong? Probably the port is not forwarded correctly?

You do not have port forwarding (Remote Access directly inbound) to your server.

You must check your firewalls to allow port 32400 to enter the computer
–and–
have the external port forward to the computer’s 32400

Hi, I have already port forward to computer’s 32400 and it already show Fully accessible outside your network but once use cellular or outside internet, it wont connect or connect very very slowly.

You currently have Remote Access enabled through a manually-specified port. If you wish to disable Remote Access, you will need to remove your manual port forwarding from your router.

I am not sure what I did wrong @_@ , Also, once I disable relay, it will show app.plex.tv is unable to connect to " " secreuly etc when I try from plex.tv. Sometime it will let me connect for a min and disconnect again when I try to play a video.

Also tested the port on https://canyouseeme.org/ and it shows open. Please help, I am out of option @_@
