So recently bought a WD my cloud home and have enabled the plex app for the device but when I try do the search my cloud does not show up. Only shows the PC I am using as a media server.
If you’ve added a new server, the libraries of that server are likely not pinned to the main navigation of your Plex clients. You should be able to find them under More to either select or pin them.
If you’re about to decommission the PC and move all your Plex activities to the WD MyCloud Plex Media Server you should also be able to Reset Customization in the client settings or start page – then Plex will let you set your preferred server and pick all to-be-pinned libraries at once.
